GFIT WORKOUT SERIES

This is an 18 day workout plan.  It has been developed while under lockdown on the Turks and Caicos Islands, March/April 2020.  Many fit minded people are in a similar quarantine scenario.  This is the second series of workouts.

Workout out responsibly.  Do make sure you modify to your fitness level.  Do modify or substitute exercises to accomodate any aches, pains, injuries or health issues you may have.  Use this program at your own risk. Follow any fitness guidelines your Doctor has given you.

You can modify to low or high impact, push ups from knees to toes, water jugs for dumbbells … sometimes we have to be flexible with the resources around us!

A song a workout … Theme for this series is music.  This is the Spotify Playlist as it develops.  Just particular songs that bring up my energy or have a good beat or a motivating or appropriate lyric!!

First of all I want to say thank you to everyone who has participated in Sneaky Pete’s Workout Series and the GFIT Workout Series.  You have sent in great photos, videos, voice messages and interactions that inspired and motivated me.  It was great knowing you were participating and how it was going.  

It is certain that I will not be opening the studio before June 1.  As there is now another 4 weeks ahead of eased – but continued lockdown for most of us, I will be adding a 3rd Workout Series.  
This new 4 week workout series will be $80.00 to join. It will include 20 workouts. Along with the scheduled workout will be a finisher challenge. What does this mean?  At the end of each workout you will do a finisher challenge. You will keep track of reps or time of each challenge and set your goal to meet or beat your number when we repeat the challenge. It is your personal best and no one else’s!
Payment can be done via bank transfer, paypal (I will send you an invoice) or you can drop off in my brochure box at the studio in Turtle Cove.  
You will then have access to the GFIT ath•let•ic Series.  The program will be 5 days per week.  I will provide a video of each circuit workout.  As always I am happy to provide modifications or substitutes depending what equipment you have.

If you choose you can go back to the beginning and repeat either of the previous series, you will find both of them on my website ( www.glowtci.com ).
